Grand Canyon- Las Vegas- Death Valley

When arriving at the Grand Canyon we set up Dave's tent he's so proud of.

Heading out the next day we went down the trail Bright Angel where we then needed to hike back up the trail later in the day. We saw a sticker saying, "What goes down must come up." We liked that one.

We didn't get the chance to snap shops in Las Vegas, but if we did we would of snapped some shots of the the Cirque du Soleil show, Ka. It was amazing.

Arriving in Death Valley we strolled out to to Bad Water Basin, an elevation of 282ft. below sea level, which is the lowest land point in the U.S. The basin is also unique because all rivers that lead to this point are not connected to the ocean. The basin is white due to salt that is left behind after the water is quickly absorbed into the desert soil.

Camp. I love the hammock.
The next day we hiked the dunes practicing our yoga and stretching.
